RUN-OUT GROOVE ENGRAVING:
A: “JA MW090S A-1”
B: “MW 090S B-1”

C: “DFI-98-4 MW 090S C JA”
D: “DFI-98-4 MW 090 S D”

E: “MW 090S E-1 JA DFI -98 – 4 MW 090 E”*
F: [etching]

*The first part of the run-out groove engraving on side E is hand-written and actually reads something closer to “MN ODOS” with the ‘D’ being written over the top of another character. It should almost certainly read “MW 090S E-1”.
