Black vinyl 7″ in wraparound sleeve with die-cut yellow paper inner sleeve. The total run of this release was 2000 copies with 1750 on black vinyl and 250 being pressed on red. Part of a series released by Amphetamine Reptile, In 1992 Volume 4 was also released as part of a compilation of the singles 4 – 7 and later it was reissued on the double CD / triple LP set which included volumes 1 – 11.
