“The first names for the Tough Enough Festival at Botanique are out! On the lineup: Jon Spencer, Bahamas, The Darts, and plenty more. We can’t wait for this one!
What makes the festival special is its two-headed vibe—mixing traditional, acoustic, and roots music with rawer, rockier sounds, from garage and punk to surf and psychedelic. It’s a real musical melting pot, where every artist has some kind of connection—close or distant—to the blues.
And since it’s happening at the Bota, you can expect a mix of well-established acts that fans already love, and a bunch of fresh new bands that are shaking things up, pushing genre boundaries, and bringing something new to the table.
On Saturday, November 15, get ready for an eclectic, international lineup where folk, psych rock, Americana, and more will take over our three iconic venues: the Orangerie, the Rotonde, and the Museum.
Some highlights? We’re thrilled to welcome the legendary Jon Spencer, along with guitar wizard/singer Bahamas (but coming from Canada). He’ll be bringing a more rock’n’roll edge this time, teaming up with Little Barrie & Malcolm Catto.
Garage vibes will be loud and proud too—The Wytches, The Darts, and French band TREAKS are all set to crank things up.
This second edition of Tough Enough still has a few surprises up its sleeve—stay tuned!”
