Videophile #12: 7-9-89 is Pussy Galore live at the Axis Club, Fort Worth, Texas which shows the band performing near the end of their career, their last show would be at CBGB’s on 5 August 1989, six songs from this were broadcast as a Peel Session on 25 July 1990 and the full show was released as Live: In The Red.

The video also features clips of support band Hash Palace performing and ends with lots of random stuff, people walking around filming disused buildings and not doing anything interesting, it has nothing to do with the band or show.

Maximum Penetration features the cover versions European Son (Velvet Underground), Nothing Can Bring Me Down (The Twilighters), When I Get Off (DMZ) and No Count (Ty Wagner & The Scotchmen).

European Son is listed as Sister Suck-Off on the US release and Watusi Pussy on the official UK release. A much longer version of this song appeared on the 1 Yr Live cassette.
